Terms and condtitions
- Villa check-in time is 14:00 hours and and check-out time at 11:00 am. A surcharge of 50% applies for check-out after 14:00 hours and full one night payment for check-out after 18:00 hours. This late check-out charge will be invoiced to you at the time of booking.
- 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking and is payable within 5 working days after the receipt of invoice. Balance payment will be invoiced to your 30 days prior to your arrival.
- The number of guest occupying the villa must not exceed 2 guests per bedroom. Any additional guest is subject to an extra charge of USD 30/person inclusive breakfast and in-house laundry only.
- Villa Baliku is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.
- For any meal request in the villa, other than the included breakfast, 20% handling charge will be added to the original bill of groceries purchased by the staff. Please place the order at least 24 hours in advance. The same handling charge also applies for any food/snack/drink that is purchased by the villa staff.
- We highly recommend to all of our guests to take out a comprehensive travel insurance to cover for any losses in case you need to cancel your booking for any reason.
- Please be aware that we will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation.
- Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa.
- Be aware that security deposits are sometimes required for some services. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less the cost of damages.
- Gratuities for household staff are encouraged and normal, but shall be left to hirer discretion.
- The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if the guest or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.
- If the guest considers to have cause for complaint concerning a property, the matter should first be taken up with the villa manager. We will not entertain claims lodged by a guest upon departure or after return home when it is no longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.
- We can not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of the property and its appearances, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, exceptional weather conditions or owner's negligence. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the guest or any member of the party during the holiday.
